What is the difference between PAL and NTSC video format?

PAL format is the kind of video standard they use in many European Countries. NTSC is the United States video standard and is also used in many other Countries like Japan for example. PAL has nothing to do with the actual videocassette...VHS is a world standard. PAL has to do with the output Hz of the local electric company therefore affecting the speed at which your TV will refresh/draw the screen. When in doubt, call a local TV repair shop and they will give you the correct choice to order...Hopefully they won't tell you to order Secam!!

Can I tapes delivered to me via C.O.D. (Pay on delivery)?

Can I get your bank account information so I can just wire you money?

Can I just write on my order to have my package dropped off at my house with No Signature Required?

Actually, there is a way you can do this. It doesn't make any difference what we write on the package, if your driver knows the neighborhood to be safe to leave a package, he will. Also, if he has had previous problems, he will not leave the package but a slip saying he was there. Since the carrier is responsible for getting your package there, it makes no difference what we write on the package.

However, you can leave a note at your end telling the driver that you expect him and what you want him to do with the package. As long as you sign the note, the driver will do whatever you ask him to as you take him off the hook by supplying your signature.


What is the status of my order?

Before you write and ask us the status of your order, please take into account that the mail delivery time is not always express. If you have ordered via a credit card and you live overseas, please allow 10-12 days before your order will reach you. If you ordered with a credit card and live in the U.S., please allow 5 business days for your order to reach you.

If you have mailed in a payment and you live overseas, please allow up to 3 weeks before receiving your order for the payment to reach our office, for us to process the order and for the order to be shipped back to you.

Also keep in mind that if we keep constantly looking things up to give full status reports all along the way, we would never find the time to ship anything.

I received the wrong video or my video is damaged, what do I do?

If you feel you have received a video in error, or your video is damaged, please let us know immediately of the problem. Include your name, order details and if you need PAL or NTSC format to:

We will not expect you to have to go through the hassle of returning merchandise that is defective or our error in some other way...although, if you did indeed receive a satisfactory copy of the video you ordered, do NOT expect to be able to return it for a different title. This is the nature of the video business and it is much like trying to return OPENED Software...IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN. I watch porn also (why do you think this company started in the first place) and I know a video isn't quite as hot after you have seen it a few times. This is the nature of ANY movie, especially adult material. We go above and beyond most companies by cutting at least a dozen images directly from the video and taking the time to write complete "Blow-By-Blow" detailed text.


Where can I find your videos at a local store??

If you live outside the United States, you won't (at least you shouldn't be able to find any)

If you live in the United States, it is pretty slim pickings out there. We ship a limited amount of product to our distributors who send them to a few select stores. Remember, if we knew where he was shipping the videos to ultimately, we would need him and have to pay him his cut ---TRANSLATION - We have no idea exactly what stores you might find our videos in. However, we do know this...we do our best to keep our product out of stores as our focus around here is retail sales via the internet. The small amount of product we do ship to distributors is also limited to ONLY our older video titles. Our newer titles take over a year to hit the store shelves. This is how we keep our web site busy with retail sales!!
