When I try to play the Real Media files, I get a bunch of garbled letters!
This is a configuration problem with your Real Player. Go to your "options" section on the Real Player and make sure all of your settings are accurate. It is very easy to misconfigure a Real Audio Player. If you are convinced you have everything configured right, then you need to troubleshoot the problem with Real.com. Whenever we upload a clip, we always doublecheck it to ensure it is working, so the problem most likely is on your end.
What is a "parameter error"?
This is another infamous proxy server error. You are probably behind a firewall that will not allow you to view these clips. Contact your systems administrator to troubleshoot.
When I try to download a clip it prompts me for a password and my password isn't working. What's wrong?
This problem seems to be in relation to Real Player 7. You should use Real Player G2. If G2 isn't letting you save the clips onto your hard drive directly, download the clip anyhow and it will be saved into a temporary file. From there you will be able to save it to a permanent file.
