I can't remember my Username / Password...What do I do??

If you have forgotten your user name and/or password, you may e-mail us for retrieval. Make sure you include your full name, which web site you are a member of and your e-mail address for verification.


My Username / Password aren't working and I get an "Authorization Failed" message. What's wrong?

There are many reasons why you may have received this error. The most common reasons are:

1. Your CAPS LOCK button is on. Username / Passwords are CaSe SeNsiTive. Make sure you are typing it exactly as you did when you joined.

2. You are misspelling/mistyping your Username / Password...Try again.

3. Your membership has expired.

4. Your membership was declined at the last re-billing attempt.

5. You were poking around our site in ways that a hacker would.

6. You (or your Wife) has disputed our charge on your credit card...This gets you on a REALLY BAD List.


I have been a long term member for many months and all of a sudden my Username / Password no longer work. Why?

There are two common answers to this question...Either your card was declined after the last re-billing or you canceled your membership. If your card was declined but you know for a fact that your account is not close to it's limit, check your card, it is probably expired.

I made just one little trade on a message board and now my password doesn't work anymore...Why??

Unfortunately, when you share your password with others, hundreds of people are using it at the same time within hours!! This can cost us hundreds of dollars in extra bandwidth charges in just ONE day so we obviously have to put safeguards in place to deactivate accounts being used by multiple IP addresses.
