This page has been assembled to give you more detailes as to how we handle Foreign Shipping. It is actually pretty dumb to spell it out here completely (customs agents probably cruise the net too) BUT, our Foreign shipping has become such a large part of our business and I answer the same questions over and over and over...please read these details BEFORE asking me about something that is answered here.

The most common question is "How long will it take for me to receive my order?" This is hard to answer with accuracy as many people just ask it and at that point, I do not even know where they are, how many videos they ordered or if they need a PAL conversion. Of course I can lookup all of that information but consider this...if everyone made me lookup their orders and go over them personally via trading a few pieces of e-mail (I already go through about 200 pieces per day...no kidding), this would encompass so much time, all shipping would be delayed by several days...I would spend all day trading e-mail talking about shipping but never finding any time to actually do it.

Please consider the following before sending e-mail:

• Our goal is to ship as fast as possible!! In an effort to promote continued business with the same customers again and again, we do everything possible to get the product shipped right away!!

• As listed on our web page order form, PAL conversions take a few extra days to process!! We are always running about 3-days behind in our PAL conversions. Sometimes shorter but many times it can take as many as 5 days for the conversion before the video is shipped.

• All foreign videos are disguised...different labels and box covers so customs will be more likely to just let it through without even looking at it. Please make a note of this as we have had customers actually send us the videos back because he thought we had sent him the wrong tape!! I know this sounds very unbelievable but it really did happen...TWICE.

• Sometimes customers ask us to ship their videos with the original covers saying it is okay in their Country and not to worry...then we have had that very same customer complain the videos were seized by customs and wanted us to re-ship more copies at our expanse...we do not think that is fair and are careful not to ever let that happen again.

• Some Foreign customers ask for their videos to be shipped C.O.D. (even though our order form says we do NOT do that...not even for Domestic customers!!) We just delete those orders/requests.

• Some Foreign customers ask for their videos to be shipped via some other carrier to get the tapes quicker (even though our order form says we do NOT offer that)...we figure if you ignore what we write on our order form, we will just ignore you too and ship as we normally would. Wake up...the faster you try to RUSH the tapes, the more Customs Officials think it is something really important that they should take a closer look!!

• We do NOT work on Weekends and Holidays!! When an order is placed on Friday evening, we do not even know about it until we check our e-mail on the following Monday morning...assuming Monday isn't a Holiday.

  

• We ship almost all Foreign orders using Global Priority Mail via the United States Post Office. Some Countries do not offer the Global Priority Mail option and those Countries are sent via regular Air Mail with signature required in many cases (especially South America where most of our fraud occurs). • All orders are shipped in small quantities of 1-2 videos at a time as to NOT alert customs. If you ordered 10 videos, you are going to get about 5 packages coming 2-3 days apart for each package.

• We hand write all packages making things look very personalized.

• The Holiday Season (Nov, Dec & early Jan) is the busiest time for all shipping carriers.

  The bottom line is we have adopted our shipping methods based on YEARS of experience and we get 9 out of 10 packages through on the first try!! We are happy to re-ship anything that doesn't make it and we have never left a customer without their product. We have successfully shipped to many Countries like Canada, UK, Germany, Israel and even places like Turkey, Russia and Singapore!! It usually takes about 10 working days for the mail to get from here to there but sometimes it takes a bit longer and other times we are shocked by the speed...we have a guy in Singapore who seems to get his stuff in 4 days!!

  Can I tapes delivered to me via C.O.D. (Pay on delivery)?

  Can I just write on my order to have my package dropped off at my house with No Signature Required?

  Actually, there is a way you can do this. It doesn't make any difference what we write on the package, if your driver knows the neighborhood to be safe to leave a package, he will. Also, if he has had previous problems, he will not leave the package but a slip saying he was there. Since the carrier is responsible for getting your package there, it makes no difference what we write on the package.

  However, you can leave a note at your end telling the driver that you expect him and what you want him to do with the package. As long as you sign the note, the driver will do whatever you ask him to as you take him off the hook by supplying your signature.
