If my wife found out, she'd kill me. Do you ship discreetly?

We make every conscious effort to respect our Members' privacy. We ship in a plain secure box and you will be billed only as "IBN"...The return address will reflect the same so your wife will think you are receiving another Computer Part, losing ALL interest in your package!!


The United States Post Office has commercials that say Priority Mail only takes 2 to 3 days to arrive and that is why I asked for my order to be shipped via Priority Mail instead of UPS. It has been 3 days since I placed my order and my tapes are not here yet...What gives??

We actually ship as much as we can using UPS because of their online tracking being almost real-time...we ONLY use the Post Office to ship P.O. Boxes and special requests Domestically. The reason why is even though the Post Office will tell you 2-3 days for delivery, the fine print is there is absolutely No Guarantee and our experience is they rarely arrive that quickly. The tracking systems are NOT as good as the other shippers and cost more (a price we would have to pass on to you, so the bottom line is No Tracking Orders shipped via Priority Mail). Also, when something is late, they are very slow to respond. You basically have to fill-out forms and they take weeks to even respond back to you.

Just keep in mind we may use the Post Office but we do NOT own or run them...you can find more information about how the Post Office operates by visiting their web site at http://www.usps.com.

UPS Ground Shipping is $4 per Order


UPS 2-Day Shipping is $12 per Order


UPS Next Day Shipping is $22 per Order


Foreign Shipping is $7 per Video
(PAL Conversions are Free if you request it at the time of ordering)

P.O. Boxes are shipped via Priority Mail for $4.00

We do not offer any quicker service to a P.O. Box or to ANY Foreign Countries!!


Can I get a Saturday Delivery?

Nope...this is NOT an option. UPS charges so much for this service, we don't even offer it.

If you order a Next Day Delivery on Friday, it will be delivered the Following Monday (If it is NOT a Holiday)

If you order a 2nd Day Delivery on Thursday, it will be delivered the Following Monday (If it is NOT a Holiday)

Also, keep in mind we process the orders from the internet once each day (Monday-Friday) and we do not work on weekends or Holidays. This means that if you place your order late in the day, we may not even receive it until the next day. When in doubt, phone your order in directly to the office and ask if there is time to get it shipped that day.

You would be surprised how many people place an online order late Friday night and expect it to be delivered to them the following Saturday morning!!


I live in the United States, do I have to worry about PAL conversions?

Nope...everyone in the United States uses standard VHS NTSC.


What Credit Cards do you accept?

As listed on our order page, we can process VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER.

These are the ONLY credit cards we can process so there is no need to ask us about other cards.


I don't use credit cards over the net, how can I order?

We offer many alternate ways to join other than by using a credit card over the net. You can join by sending us a check or money order, you can use our 24-hour fax line or you can join by phone. Make sure to visit our join page, for more details.


Can I tapes delivered to me via C.O.D. (Pay on delivery)?

Nope...this is NOT a payment option we offer.


Can I just write on my order to have my package dropped off at my house with No Signature Required?

Actually, there is a way you can do this. It doesn't make any difference what we write on the package, if your driver knows the neighborhood to be safe to leave a package, he will. Also, if he has had previous problems, he will not leave the package but a slip saying he was there. Since the carrier is responsible for getting your package there, it makes no difference what we write on the package.

However, you can leave a note at your end telling the driver that you expect him and what you want him to do with the package. As long as you sign the note, the driver will do whatever you ask him to as you take him off the hook by supplying your signature.


Can I get your bank account information so I can just wire you money?

Nope...this is NOT a payment option we offer.
