How often am I billed?
Your membership is re-billed Monthly from the day you joined so that you can ensure that there is no interruption of your service. If you would like to have your membership expire without renewal, just submit a cancellation request using our handy form available on the Member Services Menu or drop us e-mail.

How will the transaction appear on my credit statement?
We bill very discreetly to protect your privacy. Your credit card card statement will be billed for the amount under the name of "IBN, Inc.".

Can I join if I don't want to use my credit card over the net?
Yes you can. We offer many alternate ways to join other than by using a credit card over the net. You can join by sending us a check or money order, you can use our 24-hour fax line or you can join by phone. The CONTACT page has our information.

My credit card was declined because of "previous negative activity", what's that mean? My card isn't stolen!
As you can imagine we get a LOT of fraud attempts to join our sites. We proactively monitor each and every membership transaction that we receive to avoid fraud. Fraud can cost our company money as well as the cardholder, so we take these attempts very seriously. Even if a legitimate consumer has entered false information (whether intentional or not) we have added their credit card number to our anti-fraud database. After the card has entered the database, when another attempt to charge on it is made, it becomes declined showing "previous negative activity" and once a card has been entered into our anti-fraud database it is shared among ALL of the sites we are affiliated with. If this is happening to your card, you may attempt to join the site using another credit card or an alternate form of payment that we provide. You can't be removed from the Negative database but sending us a fax with your authorization for the charge, your signature and a copy of the front and back of the card will work for us.

Do I get full access to all sites you own for the one fee?
Sorry, the answer is no. We also have a site where we sell speakers that look like rocks but you will NOT be receiving a free pair because you joined ONE of our sites. You do receive one of the ONLY discounts we offer to anyone for our videos. As a Member, you get one free video for every two videos you purchase at regular price...per individual order.
